Frequently Asked Questions

What is your minimum order quantity?

It depends on the process and part size. For machined parts we can start from 1 piece; for casting and forging, tooling is usually the deciding factor. Tell us your quantity and we will advise honestly.

How quickly will I get a quotation?

Within 1 working day of receiving a complete drawing with material and quantity.

Can you manufacture from our drawings?

Yes. We work from 2D drawings (PDF/DWG) and 3D models (STEP/IGES). All drawings are treated as confidential.

Do you hold ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 certification?

Not at present, and we do not claim certificates we do not hold. What we provide instead is verifiable quality documentation on every order — mill material certificates, dimensional inspection reports against your drawing, hardness and, where required, NDT records. Customer and third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) is welcome at any stage. If your project requires a certified supplier, tell us at the quotation stage and we will say honestly whether we can meet it.

Do you provide inspection reports?

Yes — material certificates and dimensional inspection reports are supplied as standard. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) can be arranged on request.
