We machine castings, forgings and bar stock to your drawing, with tolerances down to ±[0.01] mm and surface finishes to Ra [1.6] μm. Our CNC department supports both one-off prototypes and repeated production runs.
Because we also cast and forge, we can supply a fully finished component from a single supplier — avoiding the tolerance stacking and schedule risk that comes with splitting the work between vendors.
Machining Capabilities
- CNC Turning — shafts, bushes, flanges, rings, up to Ø[XX] mm
- CNC Milling — prismatic parts, housings, brackets, 3-, 4- and 5-axis
