Our Quality Process
- Incoming material control — every heat of material is verified by spectrometer against the mill certificate before production starts.
- Process control — each order runs to a documented quality plan defining the critical characteristics, the inspection points and the acceptance criteria.
- In-process inspection — operators and inspectors check dimensions during production, not only at the end.
- Final inspection — dimensional inspection with CMM, gauges and hardness testing as required by the drawing.
- Documentation — material certificates, inspection reports and, where applicable, non-destructive testing reports are supplied with the shipment.

Third-Party Inspection
We welcome customer and third-party inspection. SGS, BV, TÜV and other agencies can be arranged at your request, and we are happy to host customer audits.
Traceability
Every shipment is traceable back to the material heat number and the production records, so if a question ever arises we can answer it with evidence.
