We supply custom metal components through four core processes — casting, forging, machining and stamping. Because we work across all four, we can recommend the process that best fits your part rather than pushing the one we happen to have.
[XX] years of experience · [XX] countries served · ISO 9001[:2015]
Casting
Sand casting, investment (lost-wax) casting and die casting. Suitable for complex internal geometries, large parts and both low and high volumes.
- Maximum part weight: [XX] kg
- Materials: carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, aluminium, bronze
- Standards: ASTM, DIN, EN, JIS, GB
Forging
Open die forging, closed die forging and ring rolling. Forging refines the grain structure, giving higher strength and fatigue resistance than casting or machining from bar.
- Maximum part weight: [XX] kg
- Size range: up to Ø[XX] mm
- Materials: carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminium
Machining
CNC turning, milling, drilling, boring and grinding. We machine both our own castings and forgings and customer-supplied material.
- Tolerance: down to ±[0.01] mm
- Maximum turning diameter: Ø[XX] mm
- Surface finish: Ra [1.6] μm and finer
- Equipment: [XX] CNC machines
Stamping
Progressive die stamping, deep drawing, bending and punching for high-volume sheet metal components.
- Press capacity: [XX]–[XX] tonnes
- Material thickness: [0.5]–[XX] mm
- Tooling: designed and built in-house
Secondary Operations & Surface Treatment
Heat treatment (normalising, quenching & tempering, carburising, induction hardening) · Sand blasting · Shot blasting · Zinc plating · Chrome plating · Powder coating · Painting · Anodising
Quality Control
Every order is produced under a documented quality plan. Depending on the part, inspection can include:
- Chemical composition analysis (spectrometer)
- Mechanical property testing (tensile, impact, hardness)
- Ultrasonic, magnetic particle and dye penetrant testing
- Dimensional inspection (CMM, gauges)
- Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) on request
